Asphalt Assessment

Crack Sealing

Pothole Repair

Asphalt Patching (chips, heaving, cracks, etc.)

Asphalt Seal-Coat (fogging)

Fogging protects asphalt the way sealant protects a wooden deck. By applying a light coat of asphalt emulsion (fogging), we seal and preserve your asphalt while increasing curb appeal. This important maintenance task should be carried out once every three years on all asphalt surfaces.

Overlay

Asphalt overlays bring new life to old surfaces. Our overlay services include milling, base patching, levelling, and surface layer application. We carefully ensure proper grading for effective water shedding and drainage on all overlay projects.

Rejuvenation

Asphalt rejuvenation restores the chemical properties to asphalt that began deteriorating as soon as your asphalt was laid down. We apply a rejuvenator solution that penetrates well below the surface to seal against air, water, and chemical contaminants, slowing oxidation and deterioration and extending service life.

Milling

When asphalt is too far gone for an overlay, but full replacement is not advised (or simply not in the budget), milling it down by an inch and applying an overlay can be a successful hybrid solution. We use an asphalt miller on a skid-steer loader to achieve cost-effective results without sacrificing quality.

Removal

Industrial and commercial construction can generate a great deal of displaced material that needs to be transported off-site. We safely and effectively load and remove surplus asphalt, concrete, rocks, soil, and other debris without harm to surrounding structures and property.
